Process for the marriage ceremony at ISW:

• Fill in the Marriage Worksheet that can be downloaded from  HERE.
• Clear copy of ID for 
  • Groom
  • Bride
  • 1^st Witness
  • 2^nd Witness 
  • Wali (A male who will represent the bride at the ceremony)
• Copy of court license
• Marriage ceremony service fees is $300 for ceremonies outside ISW facility and $250 if held within the ISW facility, payment can be made by cash or card or check.
• Send the Marriage Worksheet and all required copy of ID to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• After documents submission, office manager will contact you to set a date and time for the ceremony. 

Note: Both witnesses must be Muslim Males
